We work with daily prices. This means that prices can change at any time, either upwards or downwards. Due to the rapid turnover of our stock, we can give the best price at any time. The prices that are currently on the website are leading. All prices communicated if you are logged in with a business account are excluding VAT.

Frequently asked questions

  • The device I bought yesterday is cheaper today. How is that possible?

    We work with daily prices. It may happen that daily prices differ, for example because a certain type of device now has a lower availability. This way, you will always get the best price at that particular moment, which results in a price that varies per day.

  • Do I have to pay levies on the products from the Gomibo website?

    All prices are excluding taxes and other levies imposed by the government.

  • How is VAT handled?

    When you place your order, you will initially be charged VAT. We will manually prepare a 0% VAT proforma after placing the order, the order can then be paid without VAT. Send your order number to business@gomibo.pt, and we will prepare a proforma with 0% VAT.

    It is also possible to pay the order including VAT, we will then refund credit for the paid VAT, and prepare an invoice with 0% VAT.

  • Can I get an additional discount on my order?

    For orders of 10 or more identical devices, we check if additional discounts are possible. This also applies to accessories, with the exception of Mobilize accessories: here, a minimum of 50 identical products applies. Send an email to business@gomibo.pt for a price quote for the devices you require. For smaller quantities we apply the price that is visible in the Business portal with your Gomibo Business account.

  • I have received a price quote. How long is it valid?

    We work with daily prices. So, please confirm the price quote as soon as possible on the day of receipt to be sure of the price offered. For large requests, we are dependent on the availability at the time. The advantage of this is that we can always offer the most accurate price.

  • I see that the prices for business customers are the same as the consumer prices. Is this correct?

    This is not correct. When you are logged in with your Gomibo Business account, the prices for business customers are automatically loaded on the website, excluding VAT. To compare business and consumer prices, please use a different browser or an incognito window.

  • Is it possible that the price for business customers is higher than the consumer price?

    In most cases, our products are priced lower for business customers than for private customers. However, there are also exceptions. This is because there may be a customer campaign going on, which lowers the retail price. Additionally, a device may be very scarce and demand exceeds supply. As a result, prices are automatically higher, but due to higher additional purchases of, for example, accessories, insurance, and contracts for private orders, the price on the private side is sometimes lower. It also allows us to stimulate faster local activations. This allows us to get more stock from manufacturers and thus in turn better prices. In addition, for private customers it is often only possible to order 1 device, where as a business customer you are less likely to face restrictions.
